The internet, machine learning, and mobile app development are all expanding quickly. As natural language processing improves quickly and customers prefer useful assistant responses, more and more businesses are integrating their own Digital Assistants into their websites.

HubSpot provides a better solution that is created rather than cobbled together. The entire platform was created in-house so that customers can take advantage of software that is unified, adaptable, linked, and simple to use.

KAIron is a web-based, microservices-driven toolset that facilitates the building and scalability training of contextual AI assistants. It aims to simplify the lives of people who work with AI helpers by offering a no-coding internet interface for customizing, training, testing, and maintaining such assistants.

The following are the six basic steps for integrating kAIron with HubSpot.

STEP 1:
Log into your HubSpot account and choose the form you would like to integrate.

STEP 2:
Choose the Digital Assistant in which you want to include the HubSpot action.

STEP 3:
Add slots in accordance with the Hubspot forms.

STEP 4:
A form is generated following slot and slot mapping. To initiate the Hubspot form action, the user’s inputted values will be verified to those from the Hubspot form.

STEP 5:
Making a rule story involves adding the intent, forms, and Hubspot action, then filling up the form fields with the keys for each slot taken from the HubSpot form and saving it.

STEP 6:
Configure HubSpot action- Provide the necessary details, like form field keys from the HubSpot form, to complete the action accurately.
